I am riding on the trainer up to an hour and I think I am going to stretch that to an hour and a half this weekend. My walks have reach 6 miles and I was able to do it at an average pace of 14:30. I have hit a mile at a 13:15 pace. I lift two to three times a week and can see drastic improvements.
