What a great day in comparison to yesterday. I was able to get a descent night sleep and feel much better this morning. My lovely wife got a photo of my laying on the recliner with my feet up with my grandsons Spiderman blanket on me. She rocks.
Exercises went well with less pain than yesterday, however I wasn't able to bend my knee as much as I did earlier in the week. However it was done and waiting to do my next set of exercises in another hour or so. Just prior to lunch I was able to get outside and go for a walk. I was walking much better and almost felt someone normal if I could have gotten rid of the walker. Moving much faster and more fluent. I went half way up the step to the bonus room this morning. I think I should be able to go all the way up now. I will try again later but I will need a second walker upstairs unless someone else is home with me to carry mine up.
