Wow so much has happened and I am progressing quite well. Although I still have a lot of swelling and stiffness and I am getting after it in training. I am able to move around quite well. I started swimming, although not much, at least I am in the water again.
Swimming: I have swam 1000 yards with 500 hundred of it using a swim buoy. The remainder was 5 x 100s with 10 second rest. I certainly can't kick a lot and learned real quick I can't push off the wall. I am only swimming once a week at this point.

Cycling: I ride virtually every day sometime with little resistance and only for 30 minutes. I my longest ride has been an hour and I actually started riding "The Sufferfest" videos again. I did the "Full Frontal" test to reestablish both my 4DP and FTP so I can start doing structured workouts again. Although I didn't push push myself throughout the workout, it did allow me to reset to current capability. Definitely didn't crush the sprints and all my scores dropped drastically. But that is okay. I will reset again in 4-weeks.
Running: Well that isn't happening. I am walking every day or two. My longest walk to date has been 3 miles and I reset my threshold for proper tracking of my fitness. My Garmin watch told me I was slacking during one of my walks. I guess when your threshold is set at 6:58 and you haven't been running; I guess I should have told it I had surgery. I have reset my threshold to 14:45 pace. I am happy with that. It is moving along pretty good for a walk. My doctor did tell me during my follow-up appointment that I can start running 9-months post surgery. She is the first that told me I can do so. That is exciting news.
