Today was a trainer ride. I am using a Wahoo Kickr and Zwift with custom workouts that I write. Today consisted of Strength and Endurance spinning at a low cadence, <65 RPMs, with normal cadence recovery between sets. I did 4 x 3 minutes, 4 x 2 minutes, and 4 x 1 minute all at 81% Functional Threshold Power. Not a bad ride.
I feel a little bit of this ride in my knee. I just have to be cautious to not injure and not do too much too fast.
