Wow! I finally complete the strength training routine I started a month or so ago. I was doing up until a few weeks ago, but I wasn't able to complete the entire circuit 3 times through to standard. Finally today I did it. I will continue this routine twice a week over the next 12-14 weeks until I get it down and finish with little less effort. I may add some more weights to the Kettlebell Deadlift.
Yesterday I didn't do my swim training. As usual it is the first thing to go, but I just wasn't feeling that great all day so I opted out. Maybe next week.
