I almost skipped this workout today. It isn't anything significant, just a 40-60 minute "Run" or in my case walk. I didn't get to bed until a little after 1 am and my alarm went off at 5:20. I turned it off and physically I wanted to go back to sleep. My mind was racing so I got up about 20 minutes later. I did a quick bible study and then out the door by 6:30. Again, nothing significant as I built into this walk.
