Feeling pretty good about my run today. I recorded my treadmill run which included 3 x 3 minutes runs. I started the first one at 6 mph and then slowed it to 5.8 mph part way through and then 5.8 for the second two intervals and the watch was pretty close to treadmill pace. The exciting part running at this pace after my total knee replacement I was able to maintain 180 steps per minute during the run portion. I just go back to it doesn't matter if your are running 6 min miles or 10 min miles your cadence should be within a few steps of each other. Prior to surgery I was running at 8 min miles at 186-188 steps per min.
