I missed yesterdays workout. I was up early but just didn't have the desire to workout so I ended up skipping the day. I thought about making it up today along with todays run but I decided not to do it.
Today I went out for an endurance run at 15 minute walk, followed by two sets of 12 minute run, 12 minute walk. Again I set a PR for the 5K distance. I am gradually feeling better every day I run.
I felt pretty darn weak and out of breath when I started running this morning. My heart rate spiked early and then settle back into a normal zone. I finish both 12 minute efforts at a 9:00 pace, +/- a few seconds.
